Your trip should not require unnecessary personal data

Anonymous planning

When you use the planner without signing in, the current trip draft is stored in the browser on that device. It can include airports, departure date, passport nationality, display currency, trip length, party type, preferences, selected plan, add-ons, alternatives, must-haves and completion states.

The planner asks only for passport nationality so it can point you to the relevant official entry check. It does not ask for a name, phone number, passport number, health details or open-ended personal notes. Clearing site data can remove the anonymous device copy.

Optional signed-in continuity

If you choose Sign in with ChatGPT, the app receives the account identity needed to recognise the signed-in user. The account email is used as the private database key, and the saved trip state and update timestamp are retained in the Site's D1 database.

The interface displays the account name but does not place it in trip analytics. Signing out stops the signed-in session; the current device copy is retained so an in-progress plan is not silently lost.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you select Allow analytics. Choosing Only necessary does not block planning, saving on the device or opening a provider link. You can reopen Analytics settings and withdraw consent at any time.

Analytics events use sanitised journey categories and exclude names, emails, passport nationality or passport details, health details and raw free-text constraints. Preview traffic is separated from production reporting.

External providers

Opening an airline, hotel, activity, transfer, connectivity or shopping site moves the traveller to that provider. Its privacy terms then apply. SoguzTravel does not receive a provider booking confirmation in the current build.

Control and retention

• Anonymous users can clear the saved draft by clearing this site's browser storage.
• Signed-in state is retained until it is overwritten by a newer trip state or deleted by the traveller.
• Signed-in travellers can delete both the account copy and current device copy from the checkout workspace; deletion signs the traveller out.
• Withdrawing analytics consent stops new analytics events from being sent.
• Do not enter a passport number, payment information, health information or other sensitive details into the planner.
